Advent

As we travel through advent the light increases. We add another candle to the wreath and we add Hope, Peace, Joy and Love to our toolbox to face the coming year. We must take time for silence and reflection; for anticipation. In the quiet, as we journey toward the coming of Christ, we must do the work to prepare ourselves with positivity. At the lighting of the last candle we will celebrate. We will collect ourselves and walk into the new year to share the light, and the Hope, and the Peace, and the Joy, and the Love that we have found within ourselves and within the world.

Au fur et à mesure que l’avent se poursuit, la lumière augmente. Nous ajoutons une autre bougie à la couronne et nous ajoutons l’espoir, la paix, la joie et l’amour à notre boîte à outils pour affronter l’année qui vient. Nous devons nous accorder du temps pour le silence et la réflexion, pour l’anticipation. Dans le calme, alors que nous cheminons vers la venue du Christ, nous devons nous préparer avec une attitude positive. À l’allumage de la dernière bougie, nous allons fêter ça. Nous nous rassemblerons et marcherons dans la nouvelle année pour partager la lumière, l’Espérance, la Paix, la Joie et l’Amour que nous avons trouvés en nous et dans le monde.
